People Against Arbitrary Arrest (PAAA) is a non-profit initiative and criminal justice policy think tank committed to protecting individual liberty and strengthening the rule of law. We focus on addressing the misuse of criminal law processes that result in wrongful implication, unnecessary arrests, and prolonged judicial custody without legal justification.
